BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Reservations can be made online on the website www.madamelesvans.com
All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total price of your rental and any additional services.
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. No deductions will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
RATES
The rates published on our website www.madamelesvans.com are the basic rates including breakfast.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist taxes vary depending on the municipality and country. The tourist tax is collected on behalf of the municipalities and may be increased by an additional departmental tax.
HOUSING CAPACITY
The number of tenants may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the description. Exceptionally, and subject to the agreement of the landlord, Mrs. Les Vans, exceptions to this rule may be made. In this case, the landlord Madame Les Vans will be entitled to receive an increase in the price.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm and check-out before 10 am.
OCCUPANCY OF PREMISES
The tenant will enjoy the rental in a peaceful manner and make good use of it, in accordance with the purpose of the premises. Parties and gatherings, bachelorette parties, bachelorette parties are prohibited.
The rental may not benefit third parties under any circumstances.
Subletting is prohibited to the lessee under any circumstances whatsoever, even free of charge. The premises are rented for holiday use and exclude any professional, commercial or craft activity of any kind.
The landlord, Mrs. Les Vans, will provide the accommodation in accordance with the description he has made of it and will keep it in a condition for use. As a general rule, the tenant will vacate the premises at the time stipulated in the contract or at a time convenient to the landlord.
In the event of complaints due to excessive noise or non-compliant use, the landlord Madame Les Vans will strictly and immediately terminate the rental, without refund.
PETS
Pets are not allowed at Madame Les Vans.
However, if you have a small dog, do not hesitate to contact us and we will see if cohabitation with our cats is possible.
CANCELLATION AND INTERRUPTION OF STAY
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter before taking use. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival of the premises, the deposit remains with the lessor, Mrs. Les Vans, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the arrival of the premises, the full amount is due.
If the renter has not shown up on the day of arrival provided for in the reservation and without notice notified to the landlord Madame Les Vans, the reservation is considered to have been terminated.
The entire payment remains with the lessor, Mrs. Les Vans.
The landlord Mrs. Les Vans can dispose of his rental.
In the event of cancellation at the initiative of the landlord Madame Les Vans, the latter will reimburse the tenant all the sums he has received as soon as the cancellation is notified.
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant, no refund will be made.
INSURANCE
The tenant is required to insure the premises rented to him. They must therefore check whether their main residence contract provides for the extension of the holiday rental.
Otherwise, they must contact their insurance company and ask them to extend the guarantee.
